Story

Get to Know Us

Hello! We are Matt and Dena Pereira. Owners and brewer (Matt) of 4 Stitch Brewing Company. What started as a hobby many years ago has grown into so much more.

 

Matt began home brewing in 2007...the first batch was made in a large pot on the kitchen stove. The operation grew to a kettle in the garage and hasn't stopped growing since. He was making beer for friends and family, and even a number of weddings and events. But that wasn't enough.

 

In 2021, we decided to convert our 3-car garage into a 1 BBL nano-brewery and taproom. We had no idea how successful, and fun, that would be! Clearly, every neighborhood needs its own brewery! 

 

In 2023, we have taken the leap of faith and opened a full-scale, 5 BBL microbrewery and family-friendly taproom in Mill Creek, WA.  We hope you come visit us! And when you do, be sure to ask for the story behind the name 4 Stitch.
